2. Deep audit: we look at over 100 different data points, from your website's design down to your products' performance. We also use best companies in the industry as benchmarks to examples of new functionalities or growth tactics.

3. Strategic recommendations: we provide a long form document detailing the recommended strategy changes and the concrete things to implement, in order of priority. It's basically a step-by-step manual on how to grow profitably for the next few years. We present it in a workshop and follow up to ensure your success.

 

4. (Optional) Implementation: we implement all or some elements from the recommendations with our team of vetted experts, from Search marketing, UX, Pricing or CRM.  We take responsibility for the results.
